Jersey Mike's Subs

I was seriously craving a tuna sub and usually go to Subway for it, but one of my coworkers kept raving about Jersey Mike’s so we decided to check out the Bedford, MA location for lunch takeout. I’d never been before, but the setup is kind of like Subway where you choose what you want in your sub, which I liked. I ordered a tuna sub and it was delicious, really fresh and super satisfying. Definitely hit the spot. The service was great, friendly vibes, and a couple of the staff even cracked some jokes while we were ordering, which was a nice touch. You can eat inside, but we grabbed ours to go. Only heads-up: they carry Pepsi products (I’m more of a Coke fan), but not a dealbreaker for me. First time here and honestly not sure what all the hype is about. You get more from Subway in your subs than you do here and more of a selection. My daughter got a turkey sub which her little sandwich looked really good and I got a ham and cheese with bacon wheat wrap.

This place sucks they put tomatoes on my sandwich and put sauce on my steak and cheese my root beer was Ice cold worst Sandwich shop ever

Very nice sandwich put together perfectly. The guys behind the counter took actual pride in making it. As a former chef you can tell when someone is actually caring about what they are creating and not just slapping meat on bread. I wish I would have taken a picture 😞

Feel like this location has gone downhill. Don't get me wrong the sandwiches are good. However the service is subpar. I brought in a toy for toys for tots early in the season. Only one employee knew of anything including that you get a coupon with each donation. He was not pleasant and even yelled he could only give me one coupon. This in itself was not true it's one coupon per toy or donation. Regardless the other toy I brought to the Maynard location instead. In Maynard they are fantastic go there if you can.
