Been coming to this location for a couple months now, and have felt compelled to write a review after what I witnessed during a lunch rush today. The staff here has been consistently kind and polite, despite the heavy lunch rushes and floods of online orders, the store as well, stays clean and well kept. Today I walked in during a rush, was greeted with the same politeness as always, and was given my sandwich in a timely manner, with it looking and tasting as good as it usually does. Might I add I watched the employees very tactfully deal with some customers who were being quite rude, whilst still dealing with the large amount of orders. This is the third time I’ve placed a pickup order at this location, and unfortunately it will be my last. Each visit has had the same concerning pattern: no greeting when I walk in and I seem to be bothering the employees when I politely tell them I am here for my pickup order. Tonight, two employees were sitting at tables on their phones, and the employee behind the counter was also on hers. When I approached the counter for my takeout order, she simply stared at me as if I were interrupting something more important. I politely said hello and told her I was there for my order. She handed me the bag without a word. I wished her a nice evening, and again, no response. All three immediately returned to their phones. Ordered online and asked for vinaigrette and oil to be on the side. I came in there and they gave me my bag not telling me that they didn't have take out containers for dressing. I went all the way home with the food before realizing that I had no vinaigrette or oil in the bag. I drove all the way back there to be told ery casually that "yeah we ran out of to go containers so we couldn't give you any dressing". Lol I was dumb founded. I'm like "so you knowingly let me walk out the door without what I ordered". They made it right by putting so oil and vinaigrette in a to go cup.

Got my order wrong twice. The women on the grill had a bad attitude the manager was very nice about the situation and got it remade.

I frequently order jersey mikes from other locations. I happened to be in this area today. The sandwich I ordered was very well made and the bread tasted fresher than it usually does.
