Jersey Mike's Subs

HORRIBLE. Totally screwed up my order. I noticed them making it wrong and had to go over the order again as they were making it, but I didn't watch every single step they made and they STILL screwed it up. I drove 20 minutes back home and my sandwich was completely wrong. Not to mention the fact that the hot Italian was a burnt Italian and tasted like crap. On top of it all, the people weren't even friendly, they acted like it was a burden to help. $15 for a sandwich that wound up in the trash and service with a scowl. Not exactly what I would call a pleasant experience.

Our local Albemarle, NC Jersey Mike’s continues to be a place for great food, exceptional customer service, and an example of the highest standards of cleanliness. Another visit today solidifies how the Manager and his team provide attentive service to all customers. They go above and beyond for simple requests by customers. Always an outstanding experience!

This Jersey Mike's in Locust is the best in the state! Food quality was exceptional, restaurant was very clean and the chip rack was fully stocked. The tea was mixed perfectly and tasted fresh. And above all, the staff was amazing with great attitudes.

My family orders from here often. They make the best sandwiches. When they make something wrong, they always fix it with no problems. One of my family members is allergic to onions and they received onions on their sandwich. Tyler (the manager ) always tries to make it right when that happens.

Cleanest Jersey Mikes in all of North Carolina. Always fast, always polite and subs are always great! Certainly a well managed franchise💪
