Never get your order right. You have to monitor the workers and make sure they get your order correct. I ordered a #8 club sub they didn’t put any mayo and left the bacon out. You say something and you’re met with eye rolls. Never coming to this location again

Service and food were excellent! Aaron took great care of me, he was incredibly polite, attentive, and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Big shoutout to Aaron for his outstanding service!

This Jersey Mike’s is a complete disaster. I’ve never experienced customer service this bad in my life. I placed a delivery order through their app — paid over $30 — and they delivered it to the wrong place. When I called the store, they basically shrugged and said, “Not our problem.” No refund. No remake. No apology. Just pure attitude from the guy on the phone who clearly hates his job and shouldn’t be answering calls. I ended up with no food, no help, and a reminder of why customer service is dying. This location is everything wrong with fast food — lazy, careless, and rude. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Go anywhere else.

First time going to this location and the service was great. Aaron gave great service and had a welcoming smile and personality which you don’t usually see in young people today.
