My family and I have been regular patrons of the Saratoga Springs NY store for over 3 years now, and we think it's a great shop. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, they're fast (especially considering how busy this location is), everything is almost always exactly what we expect. We order from them both in-store and on DoorDash (sadly, they don't have their own delivery at this location). On the rare occasion that something isn't quite right with an order, they always make it right with no hassles at all. We rate the food and service and employees 5 stars for sure! The only bummer about this location is the fact that there's no delivery, so all those text messages and emails about "free delivery today" are useless and we have to pay the extra DD fee, and it's a difficult proc
My chicken philly came with nothing but bread and chicken (see attached pic). Almost as confusing as the BLT that I ordered at a different store that came with ONLY bacon and mustard..... what ?? I guess I was mistaken when I thought it was supposed to come with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Quickly losing faith in Jersey Mike's ability to produce the right take out order. Overpriced as well compared to the other local sandwich shops.
I've ordered from this location several times and sometimes they forget to add the hot pepper relish but, the #9 Mike's way is still really good. A little heavy on the mayo though. It doesn't look pretty but paired with the Miss Vicki's Spicy Dill Pickle potato chips it's a nice sandwich.
It was my first time trying this location and when I walked in I was greeted and assisted with the menu. The cashier was super nice and helpful. Will be going again!
My family loves Jersey Mike's, it's our daughter's #1 request. My husband and I have now had two separate bizarre and extremely rude encounters there. It's really such a shame. Behavior and professionalism start from the top, down. Hopefully these consistent comments about customer service can be met with consideration and not just getting defensive. Take a step back and look at how you treat people.
