Great experience at the Purcellville Jersey Mike’s. Staff was friendly, service was quick, and the sandwich was fresh and made perfectly. The place was clean and everything was done right. Definitely one of the better locations and I’ll be coming back.
I had a fantastic experience here. The customer service was polite and patient, as well as efficient. My sandwich was amazing and I can tell it was made with love and care. I will 100% be returning for lunch again.
Manager was really sweet and attentive and the worker with the lightning tattoo was very nice and made my sub very well, delicious. Definitely coming back.
I was looking forward to coming here tonight, as it’s been a long time since coming here, however tonight was very disappointed. I went at approximately 7pm. 2 customers in store, 1 eating and 1 waiting on his food. I order 2 subs. I ask for Giant big kahuna size steak sub, add tomatoes and add light pepper relish. I get home to find they did not add these 2 items but gave me lettuce instead. Very disappointed in a sub that cost close to $20 and they get it wrong. And to top it off, when you pay they have the tip feature on the machine, so I tip almost $4 for sub to be made wrong. $40 meal for 2 subs, 2 chips, and a tip, will not do that again. It was not busy, just someone not paying attention. And they do hot subs away from you, so you can’t watch to make sure they do it correct. You can
Pretty good. Better than Subway, but the young man flinging my sandwich together and forgetting the bacon till I reminded him could use a Red Bull.
