Jersey Mike's Subs

I rarely post reviews either way, but felt compelled here. I love jersey mikes and have been to several locations including this one. I’ve never had a negative experience but tried to order online for a pickup as I was on the run. The sandwich was bland the the bread had to have been at least a day or two old it was almost a crouton it was so hard. Not the standard I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mikes.

I travel all over for work, and I have been to many Jersey Mike's locations, as I love the sandwiches. Today I stopped here. The service was excellent. However one employee came out from the back room and was just filthy. His clothes looked like they hadn't been washed in probably ever. He was wearing crocs and his once white socks were now black. This is the kind of people you're allowing to make people's food. Absolutely disgusting! This made my stomach turn! I threw out my sandwich and walked out. I will never come to this branch again. Shame on the management for allowing this!

So I walked in yesterday and was met by a guy who called himself “Mr roll”. He had a dice in his hand, and he said if I guess the number correctly I would get extra, but if I was wrong I got nothing, I paid for an “Italian Combo” that strictly featured a mountain of pepperoni and what appeared to be 5 handfuls of lettuce. Is this a new promotion??

I come here most weekdays for a nice lunch before I work. The first thing I’d like to note is the staff, all very friendly and some of the most joyful people I’ve ever met. The service is quick and efficient, I hardly ever have to wait 2 minutes for my order to be finished. Of the dozen times I’ve held my luncheon here the food has been delicious. I’d love to give my personal commendations to Melany for the best Philly Cheese Steak I’ve ever eaten.

Very small space, snow day for students, so very crowded.
