Updating my review based on the owner’s response. While our first visit on a Sunday morning was disappointing due to being overlooked while staff focused on prep, the management response was prompt, direct, and genuinely accountable. They acknowledged the mistake, explained the situation, and took full responsibility without making excuses. It’s clear they take hospitality and feedback seriously and want to make things right. We’re willing to give them another try based on how professionally this was handled.

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a wide array of colorful and enticing flavors. The staff behind the counter were friendly and patient, allowing me to sample different flavors before making my decision. The ice cream cake was absolutely delicious, with a creamy and smooth texture that melted in my mouth. The shop had a wonderful selection of toppings and mix-ins, allowing me to customize my treat to perfection. The portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this ice cream shop to all ice cream enthusiasts looking for a delectable and memorable experience.

The prices we're ok and the customer service was good. The problem was that they only offer soft serve shakes and they put an excessive amount of syrup in their shakes. They are flavorful but too sweet and artificial tasting. I would recommend this place for cups or cones of ice cream, but I would avoid any milkshakes made from flavors other than what they have available on their soft-serve machines.

Excellent ice cream flavors at Bell Works! I'm looking forward to the new location in Colts Neck! I'm looking forward to this chain to keep expanding all over New Jersey! Hope it brings you many success! Freehold is and will always be number 1! A few years ago, I saw Jersey Freeze in the Bruce Springsteen inspired film "Blinded by the Light," which was an excellent movie!

This ice cream was very enjoyable! My 3 year old & I shared a vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. The sprinkles tasted fresh, the ice cream was very good. The shop was very clean. The only complaint that I have is while I was waiting my turn, I watched cashier process cash payments & without sanitizing or using gloves, serving ice cream to other customers.
