Ordered a whole Steak n cheese. The meat was weighed in a bowl. He put some cheese of that meat on the grill then put the rest to the side. I asked about it cause this is not the first time I’ve seen them portion the meat out then take some from that and put it on the side. I wanted all my meat. I asked for it. She showed me an empty bowl that previously had the rest of my meat in it. I asked what did you do with it. They ignored me. I got it anyway hoping it would have enough meat. It didn’t. They skimped me and everyone that orders a steak n cheese. They keeping just enough to make themselves a sandwich. They steal enough from you to make them a sandwich with your stolen portions that you paid for. That’s my theory. Where’s my meat? In the employee stomach not mine.

Food is always 10/10! My go to carryout, everybody is always nice and accommodating. Never a bad experience at Jerrys.

Gave me Hunan shrimp with 3 pieces of shrimp and 3 pieces of broccoli and the rest was straight mixed veggies. I’m still hungry after eating a bunch of nothing and for almost $20 I’m disappointed

This establishment is terrible. The young lady that assisted us with our order was very rude. We paid for our order and when we came back to check the status of our food she implied that we did not pay for our meal. The communication was not there and we tried to get clarity but the young lady was very upset and would not listen. Thankfully there was another employee that was able to explain in detail about the bill that is was partially paid and the add on was not included. It was very frustrating that the customer service was not there and I will never eat at this establishment again.

Ordered DoorDash for whole steak & cheese with shrimp . And received 4 hamburger patties on a sub
