Jerk 48

The jerk shrimp pasta, & Jerk Chicken Nachos was super fye! We also tried the Jerk Salmon, beans and rice and Mac n cheese. Their Mac n Cheese tasted like it came from the box Mac n cheese so I’ll pass on the that but everything else was so so good. I can’t wait to try the other location we was told it was better lol. I also know I have to go earlier because I wanted to try the egg rolls but they were sold out

I went to Jerk 48 on 67th street on Sunday December 14 2025 I had 2 orders 1 order was 2 Alfredo pasta shrimp and chicken with jerk chicken burrito. 2nd order was Alfredo pasta shrimp and chicken and dark meat chicken with yams and Mac and Cheese. I live in South Bend I drove 2 hours home eat my food the 3rd bite I ate I had glass in my food. I called they was close they are close on Monday. I called on Tuesday couldn't get through. I called on Wednesday as soon as they open. I explain to the manager my situation and I said I don't know what you could do for me because I stay in South Bend but I just want you to be aware that I found glass in my food. She said glass I said yes she said we don't have glass in this restaurant. I said well plastic than. But did u hear what I said so I repeate

The staff were really nice, but the food was trash!! The veggie plate I got, the sides tasted straight from the can or box! Not made with love at all! My daughter ordered jerk wings, they were ok but sides were tasteless and definitely not homemade! For the price, they charge it should’ve tasted better. Never again! Smdh
