Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Alex was amazing and gave great service to us on a hot day! So sweet and nice and very fast service ☺️ definitely stopping by again!

My family and I came to Jeremiah’s after a birthday dinner for my Aunt. We were lucky enough to stop by when Ava was working! I let Ava know ahead of time that we were celebrating a birthday, and she made sure my Aunt felt celebrated! It was so special, and I feel so grateful to Ava for making it happen!!! Bad experience at this store! Often I have medium Orange Mango Ice Cream at Lake Butler store . Today (03/03/26 4:15pm) I took some people to see the ice cream and I was embarrassed! Terrible service and I couldn't buy the Orange Mango!

I’ve been to several Jeremiah’s locations and Root Beer ice is by far my favorite flavor. Unfortunately, my closest location never seems to have it, even though other locations do. On June 15, I was thrilled to finally see Root Beer listed on their menu here. But when I went to order it, they told me it had just run out because it was really popular. I came back again on June 24 hoping to finally get it, only to be told they no longer have it. The flavor was apparently only offered for a week, even though it’s still listed on the sign. Very disappointing—especially since it’s such a popular flavor and this is the only nearby location.

Tasted like Italian ice. They gave me a free slice of their new gelato cake, and it was a big piece. That was nice of them. Not the healthiest spot so I probably won’t be back lol… but considering what you get for the price I’m giving 5 stars
