Working with Jennifer has been absolutely essential in the process of healing. I have a very wide range of dietary restrictions. Jennifer has been able to use her magic to create some of the most nutritious, tasty, satisfying and filling meals that Ive ever had! Physically I am able to spend more time on getting the proper rest I need but it has also helped me mentally. I spent countless hours dreading the food I was eating because it was mundane and lackluster but Jennifer knocks it out of the park time and time again...saving me time and energy needed elsewhere. I have always believed food should be a combination of fuel and pleasure supporting and healing the body.
