Jennie's Donuts

The donuts were very good, The associate was patient with my grandson and very helpful. The store was clean and had a table and chairs but the parking lot was really nasty cluttered with trash and run down. There was some people just hanging around by the cars that made us feel uncomfortable.

It’s a strong 3 stars for the fresh donuts and great service. The croissant was amazing but I rate it a 6/10. It’s missing 2 stars because of lack of taste. The banana strawberry smoothie was plain and the bacon and egg croissant is missing something.

The dude at the counter could not be bothered. He was annoyed when I asked simple questions such as asking for if they had a croissant with no ham in it. They DO NOT make their bagels or croissants in store, you can see the giant bag from wherever they bought it from. When I asked what day they were made he could not give me an answer. This is just a repackaging, reheating shop. I will NEVER come here again

POOR & UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! Second time around Doordash redelivery of correct items but failed to do so! IF you DO NOT have the product the customer needs than provide a REFUND don't assume it's okay to put anything but the requested item. You only care about your profits and not providing ethical services. PROVIDE REFUNDS WHEN YOUR ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK!!!!! REFUNDS Are okay.

Not a tasty donut; everything greasy...no refills on $2.99 extra small cup of coffee..no ice water...only sell 12oz bottles...I think rooms need to be cleaned...just a guess...rude attitude to children. And older people...culture differences I would assume...everything is fix-able.. that they need to fix...customer service might be encouraging area to start.
