Jennie Pho

This place is owned by Jennie and her husband. John runs the front of the house and is one of the kindest humans on the planet. They have meat and vegan friendly options alike. The Pho-ritto was to die for, and the vegan pho with meatballs was delicious. We have no affiliation to them, but they are so kind and thoughtful. Please support local businesses like this!

Lovely first experience at Jennie Pho - we were seated immediately and the service was very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We enjoyed the food very much. The pho broth was delicious and we especially loved the rare steak and tendon. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and plentiful. On certain days of the week, they have some really amazing deals that we hope we can partake in the future. We also had the pork vermicelli noodle bowl and the pork was tender, great char, and good lemongrass flavor. We were so pleased to get a free kids meal as well - lemongrass chicken over a side of rice that was served immediately with our spring rolls. We have been to so many pho restaurants in the Westminster area and this by far is the best we had the small chicken pho and then the noodle bowl combo the egg rolls and the combo were amazing. They were crispy and so spiced perfectly. We also had the shrimp and beef spring roll, which was huge and delicious.!

Easy to find on the corner of the strip mall. It was a cool afternoon so we decided to have pho. We noticed that it seemed to be a little light on vegetables and meat and noodles. A little underwhelmed, even though we ordered smalls. Atmosphere was OK. There was a lot of storage in the dining room of boxes and chairs. It felt like with some simple rearranging that it could’ve been a better atmosphere. We did enjoy the large TVs that held scenic that made it interesting to watch. I would recommend for casual dining or just a bite if you’re out and about.

Coming from Houston, where Vietnamese restaurants are on every corner I am always looking for delicious vietnamese restaurants. Sadly, I haven't found such a place here in Colorado until Jennie Pho out here in Broomfield. So happy this is down the street from me. I never even knew it was there. I ordered a grilled pork sandwich to go with a side of pho broth. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! The broth is so flavorful and soooo good that it had me craving for more the next day. I will definitely be back to try other stuff on their menu and dine in. Thank you for satisfying my cravings that no one has been able to satisfy since moving here.
