Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

Texas chocolate, strawberry pretzels and doughy dough are amazing especially when topped with maple syrup 🥰 Icecream was rich and flavourful and the staff was very much amazing! ❤️

My daughters and I decided to give Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams a try. I must start out by saying their ice cream is not spectacular, but not terrible. For the price, I was expecting top notch ice cream and that it was not. They did have a seasonal ice cream flavor called everything bagel ice cream and it was disgusting! Definitely stay away from that flavor 🤮. The gooey buttercake and milkiest chocolate flavors were pretty good, but not fantastic. The staff was very friendly and they were all smiles which is always a nice welcoming in any establishment. There is not a lot of seating available so keep that in mind if you plan on visiting and the line can get very long as well just an FYI.

One of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever been to. You can do a few tastings to pin down your favorite flavors. All the flavors are super tasty and scrumptious. One of us is lactose intolerant and was able to still get delicious flavors, I could barely believe it did not have milk (the flavors were lemon pie and cinnamon bun). They had a dark chocolate cake limited edition flavor and that was amazing too!

It’s such a great place and it’s really so good for family’s also the tastes of the ice creams are so good and I really like it I hope every family goes to it !!

Please help me understand how $9 of ice cream doesn't equal more than 3 bites. I realize Jenni's Ice Cream on 12 South Nashville is not a cheap product but even the cashier asked if it was a kids serving. All the employees were sweet and ready to serve but when the tiny amount of ice cream was dispensed into the waffle bowl, I truly believed an egregious mistake had taken place. My daughter was so excited about the new flavor but when I paid for "2 scoops" of the Queen Charlotte Sponge Cake, it was an unfortunate portion disappointment.
