Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

They were really busy, but the line moved quickly and the workers were very friendly. The ice cream was great! Creative flavors, homemade cone bowls and lots of options. One of my favorite ice cream shops!

On my recent visit to Jeni’s, I had the pleasure of trying their blackout chocolate cake, and it was an absolute delight. Yes. My first time at Jeni's and it was great!! In definitely going back. I will need to bring my own toppings because it's not that kind of place, but it's okay because their ice cream is legit. I had 3 flavors, some special chocolate kinda like rocky road...honey vanilla bean, and a bramble berry crunch. All tucked inside of a waffle cone-bowl. Very nice touch with the bowl. It's different. Taste good too. I heard it was made fresh at the shop!! The atmosphere was dope and the service was friendly. They walked us through some of the choices since it was out first time. Took care of us quickly and with a smile. I'll be back! It was worth the trip. Glad I don't have to go to Columbus just to get the Jeni 's experience!! 💯🥰🍦🍨

I’m so sad, I just spent $60 on 5 pints of ice cream and they’re gritty and crystallized like they were melted and refrozen. But the worst offense that drove me to post is that my favorite ice cream pint, rainbow (supposed to be hand packed), wasn’t packed to the top like usual, and there’s a big gap on the bottom as well. If I pay $12 for ice cream, it should be packed to the brim. I’m so disappointed because this is the only Jeni’s in the Cleveland area, and it’s really lacking.
