Alot of people not enough space but the food is worth the wait, everything was on point even the tea. We recommend to anyone.

They have items on a mini buffet sometimes. Food is great & I love how it's like a 'old fashioned' diner! Prices not that bad either

We drove here instead of stopping elsewhere specifically because of all the good reviews. It says it's open online from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. it's currently 8:00 a.m. and there is not a soul in sight and all the lights are off. *Edited to say that even though it was inconvenient that it was closed when we went, the fact that the owner took the time to reach out and apologize speaks volumes. I have adjusted my review accordingly.

My first time visiting Jay's Country Kitchen, and I was EXTREMELY pleased. The waitress, Liz, was SO nice and VERY efficient! Even though they were steadily busy, our orders came out quickly. Eggs, bacon, 2 omelettes, pancakes, grits, toast (no biscuits), and coffee; everything was cooked to order and correct the first time. This is a gem of a place... Come as you are, and stay awhile OR call ahead for pick up (no drive thru) and head back out, easy peasy! They also offer a great lunch menu (which I look forward to trying in the near future), and everything is VERY reasonably priced!! CLOSED Sunday and Monday. 6 am- 2 pm Tuesday - Saturday. Parking in the front and both sides of the establishment. Check them out.. I highly doubt you will be sorry you did!
