Jefferson Public Library

This library has a really nice and large collection of books and other reliable resources that will keep you occupied while exploring and getting what you’re looking for. The staff here is very nice and helpful. This library is very convenient for people who live in the area.

This is a very nice place and friendly staff. I would give 5 stars, but they changed their hours and cut back on Fridays and Saturdays...it's too much cutting back. Please stay open till 3 on Saturdays and 5:30pm on Fridays. It's hard for some of us working people to get there and Saturdays open till 3 will help a lot. Weeknights don't work. Please reconsider.

We love visiting the library! The entire downstairs is just for kids. They have a great selection and activities. They also have a craft room. The staff always goes above any beyond to help out. They are very helpful and kind. They also have special events and story hours.

Every time I return to my hometown and come here I am reminded that it is my happy place. The staff is nice and helpful and the building is peaceful, even just the smell, it feels cozy and safe. It reminds me of one of the best parts of my childhood - reading there. I hope it never changes.
