JBBQ Hot Pot & BBQ

We’ve been regular customers for two years now, and we’re always happy every time we dine here. We truly enjoy this place more than any other restaurants we’ve tried. The customer service is outstanding, especially from Deo, who is very knowledgeable about the top dishes to try. He is always accommodating and communicates so well. Kudos also to Jess, the manager, who is clearly dedicated to her work. You can see it in the way she handles both customers and her team. She takes time to check on guests, ask about the food, and see if there’s anything they can improve. She’s open to feedback and genuinely wants to serve customers better. We always recommend JBbQ to our family and relatives whenever they visit us. Even our family from NJ and PA said this is the best JBBQ they’ve tried so far!

First thing first, Jackie and Deo are the best!!! They always make me, my wife, and my 2-year-old feel completely at home. They consistently go above and beyond, and my daughter absolutely LOVES Deo, it’s the cutest thing! The food here is incredible The portions are generous, and you can tell they care about quality. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and family-friendly, and every staff member we’ve encountered has been polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. This has quickly become one of our favorite spots to eat, and it’s absolutely deserving of 5 stars. Highly recommend! Again, Jackie & Deo are awesome! Beautiful souls they are ❤️

First time here, needless to say, I was totally lost. But thanks to my very patient server, Giovanni, I managed to order something. Unfortunately, I don’t think I sampled the more impressive items and definitely the pot thingy didn’t impress me at all—it was tasteless. I did sample the marinated beef, however, the overwhelming cumin taste I did not enjoy. The thin strips of lamb, may look like an incredible amount, but on the grill, they virtually disappear. I also sampled the octopus appetizer. Did not like at all and don’t even know why. The crab strips, turned out to be the alternative crab-like meat we find in the supermarket. I spent my Birthday here and what an amazing experience. The food and is absolutely amazing and so is the service. Giovanni went above and beyond to make my day special and fun. I recommend the unlimited hot pot and BBQ. Everything is fresh and the ready to eat appetizers are very good as well. Totally worth every penny. Especially good for large groups. Keep in mind it can be a bit confusing at first but the staff will help you out with that part once you get the hang of it you’ll be coming back. I will be coming back!

i went to eat with my girlfriend today and we immediately felt the good vibes in the place. they were all nice to us since the beginning, we waited at least like 3 minutes for all the food we ordered, 100% customer service. giovanni was our server and he was very nice, he kept asking us if we wanted more things to order, and was always around to assist us in anything we needed. will come back again for sure !!
