I reserved a room for Aug 23 for one night. I arrived and saw no one except some driveway workers. I saw a sign and called the numbers (of the owners, I guess) and had to leave messages. Then I discovered the "manager" in a kind of separate room. She informed me they had no rooms. I showed her my reservation on the phone and she shrugged and repeated they had no room. An hour later, I got a text from the owner stating, verbatim, "We have no control over who extends their stay." In other words, because a current guest just decided to stay longer, the owner Renee just summarily canceled my reservation with no communication at all. What kind of hospitality business "has no control" over who extends their stay?? If I had a reservation, it must be honored.|The result was that I had to pay twice

Booked “Bed and Breakfast” pictures on booking showed a beautiful pool as well as listed pool under amenities. ||Upon arrival “my face said it all”. I was less than impressed and the pictures and reality were very different. We were told no refund that the pictures seen on the site were not suppose to be there and were given excuses that it was not a bed and breakfast as advertised. It was for traveling nurses. ||If you are looking for a cheap bed to crash then I suppose you can stay, but if you are looking for anything as described in the description or expect anything from the pictures be aware it will not be the same as the pictures when you arrive. ||||It’s a scam the agreement with Expedia is if you walk in the door which you will and be seen on the camera. I have zero complaints about our stay here! Our host is genuinely one of the sweetest people I have ever met, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect for a little getaway (for an unbeatable price)! Nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, it's definitely a home away from home. Ditch the hotels and stay here instead!

TURNED AWAY. NO REFUND. Beware of Keyena... aka Kay... aka Renee... my wife arrived to a locked door with a phone number to call if locked out. The number, ending in 2930 was answered by a middle-agish sounding Jamaican accent who presumably is the above person. What has followed was a booking with a hotel twice the price at short notice. I got on the chat with expedia who ultimately stated that Kay would not provide the code to release the refund, the funds of which she now in her possession. This constitutes robbery. I have attached the recording she left on my phone as well as the response from expedia. Don't let this be you! EDIT: She provided a refund after I had to shake her down with this review. As the ID is a bit all over the place, I'll leave the recording here.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood over looking great views. The rooms were super clean and comfy. The host was exceptional she catered to us. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place for a stay in ct. I definitely will be back.
