Javi P's Fresh Mex

Good food ! Pick and choose your ingredients and style. I got a bowl with seasoned rice, refried beans, steak, shredded monterey jack, lettuce and corn. There are additional sauces available that are very good. Would recommend to anyone who likes Chipotle! Will eat here again.

Food was fresh and not greasy. We enjoyed the build your own burrito bowl, quesadilla, and some plain guacamole (meals came w/ chips). Chicken and steak were good. Could have been more seasoned in general but they did have a salsa bar to enhance it (which was not labeled and a bit messy). Music was odd and kinda loud. Service was fast but not particularly friendly. Prices were a little much for a place where you get your own drink, salsa, and no table service. No frills but fresh.

OMG this place was fantastic! The food was so fresh and delicious and authentic. Nothing like Chipotle so much better. The staff was fine. No one went out of there way but no one was rude. It was super clean and nicely decorated.

Extremely good food, got the bowl with what I wanted, they fill it to the top and don’t skip on anything. The salsa and chip were freshly made and so was the guacamole.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Javi P’s, visiting at least twice a week, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My office spent nearly $70, yet my order was mishandled—shrimp I clearly requested was left out, and I was told I’d need to pay for “triple meat” instead. On top of that, I was charged for items I never received. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff refused to fix it and were rude and dismissive. For the amount of money and loyalty I give this restaurant, I expect honesty and good service, but neither was shown. Update: I tried emailing the store but I never received a response. I would love to contact you and discuss this matter. Please inform me on how you would like to move forward.
