THEY HAVE THE MOST AMAZING STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE!!!! I love it so much, I would climb a mountain for this shortcake, it’s so delicious and it LOOKS SOO GOOD!!! This is a masterpiece. Whoever made this beauty, you are an angel.

I ordered from Jason’s Deli through DoorDash and one of my items was missing. I called the restaurant to ask about it, and instead of trying to help, they immediately blamed DoorDash. The manager immediately blamed DoorDash and even suggested the driver may have opened the bag and taken the item. I explained that the restaurant is responsible for preparing the order and placing all items in the bag before it’s sealed, and that DoorDash only delivers what they’re given. Lastly, the manager told me that since I used a third-party service, there was nothing they could do. This was a very disappointing customer service and showed a lack of accountability for a mistake that happened on their end. I will not longer go to Jason's Deli. And... yes Door dash refunded the money for item not received

Ordered beef stew online for pick up. Their website said “it’s back” Beef Stew! I tell you it is not back. It is different. The beef soup was the worst stew or soup we’ve ever gotten from a restaurant. It tasted like strong beef bouillon strong strong garlic. We could not eat it. The cornbread and ginger muffins were delicious. We love Jason’s deli but it is our opinion they’ve missed the mark on this menu item.

I love this place. But I was a bit disappointed when I ordered chicken noodle soup, and there was no chicken or noodles. Yes I ordered late, about an hour before they closed. Just tell me the soup is gone..don't make me pay 6 dollars for broth and celery lol.

Maybe they are just having a bad day, the chicken salad sandwich was like eating a water sandwich my guy very bland no seasoning, that chicken should have been roasted, grilled or something. The chili had no meat it was ok, but it doesn’t need the name chili alone, it needs to be Vegan chili. But most definitely come out with another chili that has meat, but keep the vegan chili on the menu for people that are vegan or vegetarian
