Super busy with recent heat wave. I had a new food truck to launch and they were telling me a week out but they would try their best. The next day, they sent their tech Bill S. 90 degree day and this guy comes out at 9A and dives in headfirst and didn't come up for air or water until 2P and both fryers were gutted, cleaned with rebuilt valves and they fired up like a pair of dragons. Bill worked on these like they were his own. Smart, friendly and super professional; just like Janco. Call these guys first!!! Thanks Bill and Bill!!! Wayne at Bottlerocket Foodtruck
