Their kebabs there are really great, but what makes this place special for us is Elika. She’s a Persian staff member who always welcomes us so warmly and pays attention to every little detail. Honestly, she’s the main reason we keep coming back. She makes the whole experience better every time.

Best Shisha Lounge in Windsor – hands down! Jamra Lounge is honestly on another level. The vibe here is unmatched – cozy, stylish, and always filled with good energy. The shisha is smooth, flavorful, and easily the best in Windsor. On top of that, the food is fresh and delicious, and the menu has something for everyone. An all-around fun atmosphere that keeps you coming back. The staff are super friendly and make sure you feel welcome every time. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to chill with friends, enjoy great food, and smoke amazing shisha, Jamra Lounge is the place. Definitely deserves a solid 10/10 stars!

We went there for dinner and had the Iraqi Kebab and hookah, both of which were excellent. Our server was a delightful young Persian lady who was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. She made our night special with her warm and attentive service.
