Financial Aid Office could have been more helpful, kinder and patient, but I did get what I came there for, for the most part. Part of me does wonder if the office is becoming obsolete because every question I asked was answered with go online or go to this website. The library, however, was a much better experience and is the reason why this review has such a high mark.
