Jamaican Me Happy Jamaican and American Restaurant

I ordered a brown stew chicken meal and it didn’t really taste like brown stew. It tasted more like oven baked jerk chicken. The rice wasn’t shelly and didn’t have much flavor. It’s my first time trying this place so maybe I went on a bad day. All in all for $16.58 I’d rather go to Love Bird’s Jerk Spot.

Via my family: Food is really good. Wish they had some options for us non-meat eating plantbased food lovers. I did taste the rice and peas, very tasty. There's a natural fruit juice stand a few feet away; that was a plus for me.

It's okay I ordered the fried chicken, it was seasoned but It's supposed be a leg qauter but Really was 2 legs and half of a thigh. Which is less chicken than i was told. Now for the rice it was decent and cabbage was just alright. I also ordered mac and cheese, it was straight kraft trash! The food is just okay from my experience it may be different for you.

I just happened to stop here as I was passing by and I’m so happy I did. The food was sooo good especially the jerk chicken and cabbage 😋. The cabbage has the perfect balance between soft and crunchy and the flavor was amazing. This will definitely be my new spot.Look at the pictures if you don’t believe me lol.

They were so nice. They even carried our plates to the car. We went the day before and the card machine was down and we didn’t have cash. They gave us an order of jerk chicken on the house so we had to go back. I’m so glad we did. In a world where everyone is so mean and selfish it was a blessing to come across such nice gentlemen. The jerk chicken is delicious. I finally had a real patty and it was good. We also had ox tails and curry chicken. Yums. It was lunchtime and there was also a fresh fruit juice truck in the parking lot. It was our best Orlando experience thus far.
