Jake's Place

I work in the pest control industry and I pick the places I eat with great detail. Not only is Jakes Place clean and tidy, but the food was delicious and has that home made charm that is tough to find these days. The owner was friendly and so was the staff. Highly recommend. 3.8 stars! Ps. Try the meatballs!

Stopped in at 6:30am for breakfast. The food is delicious and the owner Jake is a great guy, he sat and talked with me for a little while while he took my order. The atmosphere was welcoming, both people sitting eating and people grabbing a bite to go on the way to work. Would highly recommend this place!

This place is quite solid. Not the best burger I’ve ever had but I would go back again.

I ordered an egg omelette with veggies that comes with home fries and toast. The fries had bacon inside of them. Nowhere on the menu it states that there is bacon cooked with homefries. As a vegetarian, a restaurant that puts bacon inside their fries nonchalantly shows total lack of care for their customer. But the worst part of this situation is when i returned to get my order corrected, I was met with 0 apology, horrible attitude from the woman at the register and rolled eyes. Just awful. Will never return to this place with bad energy and lack of care. You can tell the workers could care less.

Stopped in and had the Jake burger which was great. I sampled the daily soup special which was a smoked bacon potato soup. It was one the the best soups I have had. The owner was terrific. The owner seemed to know it was my first time because the place was Full of regulars so I stood out. Great small place off the beaten path.
