Jaggers

Food was hot and delicious. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was perfect. It had a decent amount of mushrooms on there, nice juicy patties, a delicious garlicy sauce. Lots of flavor. Tots were hot and crispy. I had unsweet tea and it tasted nice and fresh. Very quick service as well. The restrooms were clean and so was the dining area and drink station. There were quite a few cars in the parking lot, but there was still plenty of seating available and no wait.

Well this was our 1st time trying Jagger's. I was a little bit disappointed. I really love a great burger but this was just okay. They're not supposed to be frozen but they're heavily processed? The burger seemed very dry. The fries were not my favorite either. My daughter got tater tots and chicken tenders. Tenders were bland. My wife's mother had a taco salad and she said it was very good!

Found out I was eating undercooked chicken, in my salad. I was super terrified because I ate some, called and spoke to a manager. They apologized and said they would issue a refund. Never got that refund and it’s going on two weeks. So I will not be back. Make sure you check you chicken and all other meat from there.

Well, the restaurant was very clean and bright. It felt like a groovy garage-style restaurant. The food was just ok, honestly. The burgers are overprocessed, frozen-like, and very dry, which is unfortunate because we were really hopeful. The chicken tenders were kind of plain. On a high note, the taco salad was flavorful. Overall, we were left wanting a little more, but this is fast food restaurant.

This is my favorite fast food chain, and is coincidentally the closest to my home. I get take-out here about once a month. Consistently a good Jaggers experience. Clean inside and out, friendly employees, and proper food. If you enjoy Jaggers as a whole, you will enjoy this Jaggers. My regular orders are the mushroom and swiss burger (add A1 at home to elevate), or the spicy chicken sandwich with chipotle ranch.
