Jack's Of Cokato

Jack's will be losing alot of customers because they decided not except checks anymore! It a dumb move because Jack's is the only place in town where you could still use checks, that's one of the reasons people went there! Needless to say I won't be going there anymore! I was a very loyal customer. What really sucks is that our worthless governor signed a bill to charge more for using cards a stores and restaurants! And now you can't use checks anymore either, you can't win! What a joke... good luck Jack's stations!

The staff are friendly, good selection of things, easy parking. My problem is the "hot stuff foods" particularly the soft pretzels. They only had one out (everytime I have gone that's how it's been) I picked up a pretzel around 3pm and it said it was made at 12pm. Half of the pretzel was hard as a rock so I could only eat half of it. This time I went at 6:45pm. And I noticed the pretzel was made at 1:45pm they were still selling it at full price after 5 hours of it sitting there. I would of asked for a fresh one but since I was in a rush I took the one made at 1:45om since I said earlier there was only one pretzel made and I wanted a pretzel. The person on staff was quite friendly and was efficient at getting us out, but the store was in disarray. It looked dirty and most of the food on the heating racks was either gone and not replaced or looking very very old and inedible. The price of everything was competitive, so there was no gouging on food/amenities. Over all an okay experience but not impressive or memorable in the slightest.

My gas for my suv and lawn equipment is conveniently on one pump which is nice, I don't have to go from one pump to another. I like the idea of getting a dollar off the carwash with the purchase of gas.

Certain things there are cheaper than any other gas station in town, and they have an awesome selection of hot food and more. Love this place!!
