Tried Jacks for the first time!! Water Valley has an incredibly kind-hearted staff. This was not a day I counted on needing back up lunch plans. Came here hungry and reluctant. Left fulfilled, delighted, and loved. 🥰

Came through Drive thru this morning was greet by a very sweet nice lady. She took my order with no problem informed on the wait for my chicken biscuit and brought my order with an apple pie since inhad to wait 5 minutes. will be returning soon. my food was fresh and hot

When they first opened everything was great but now food especially the bone in chicken has no taste of being seasoned. The tenders are the size of baby fingers and they never have the strawberry pies. The crazy part is I asked how they never have strawberry pies and I was told because the staff eats them.... Really!! I guess corporations don't care because I know someone should be checking on the decline at the Water Valley location. September 21, 2024 same service, I don't know how much more I can take. With prices going up everywhere and wages at an all time low, people spend hard earned money on food like this! Look times are hard for all of us but I believe in paying for good food, service and tipping. I don't think I'll be back any time soon

The service this morning was great even though i could tell she was short hand. Ms. NeNe did her thing this morning with my order. Really appreciate Jacks Teams here in Water Valley. Keep up the great work.

My experience today was wonderful at Jacks for my first time coming here to Water Valley Jacks. The managers an crew was so nice and friendly I will be returning again for my number 2 combo with Almer Palmer and strawberry pie. Ms NeNe was polite and very mindful with me being my first time here.Thank you for the great experience.
