Jack's Family Restaurant

Update: 4/30/25 - Bathrooms were dirty and almost every table in the lobby needed to be cleaned. Needs some attention by mid-shift Original: First time visiting a Jacks and we stopped by the new Jacks in Town Creek, Alabama. This store has only been open for a month, but the staff was definitely on their A game. The restaurant was very clean, and so we’re the bathrooms. The food was great, fresh and hot. I thought Jacks was just a burger place, but the menu had such a wide variety of food. Fried chicken, wings, burgers, ice cream scoops and more! Everything was so good and the employees were very friendly! Will gladly go back!!

We mostly eat there for breakfast. Food is great. Biscuts are soft and fluffy made from scratch right there. The only thing my husband and I don't like is the hash rounds. They are horrible and need to take lessons from Chick FL A, Hardee's or Burger King. The hash rounds aren't drained when they are served and are just soaked in what ever oil they are fried in. Their French fries are good but I don't really know what's going on with the hash rounds that makes them so awlful. We stopped ordering them all together when we get a breakfast sandwich because neither of us eat them. I would give them a 5 on everything else. It's not just my local Jack's other locations are the same.

Food is always fresh. Customer service is always good. The young men Brayden and Cory is always so kind and have good manners with customers.

If you get your food cooked or served by Braydon yall will have an amazing experience he is hard working and loves to make the customers smile and laugh , they couldnt ask for a better employee if you ask me , he makes the environment a lot better in the building , other employees like to complain and are grouchy infront of the customers.
