Jack's Family Restaurant

Is my sausage and gravy biscuit supposed to look like this? At every other location, the pieces of sausage are much smaller and mixed in, making it better. The drive thru cashier was friendly.

So I just left Jacks in Montevallo it’s 5:58 pm on 1/17/26… I don’t know what they have done but it was WAY WAY BETTER!! I went in a few months ago at night and walked out. The chicken tenders were so fresh and good biscuit was fresh and not hard or dry the employees were so nice. Fries hot fresh. To many times we just point out the negative; so I want to say WELL DONE! It was amazing and fresh.. Thank you

I know it’s a fast food restaurant but it looks like they throw my sausage and gravy biscuits together like they were seeing who is faster at making breakfast. I had more gravy in the bag than I did my food.

Been disappointed my last time… Jack’s is not cheap so if I’m buying a combo I expect to get my drink and fries. Of course I get no fries and the wrong drink. Different variation of this nearly every time I go.

So I went to the calera location first and it was a disaster, so I went to this location right after. No better than Calera. Ordered two burgers, fries, large sweet teas, and strawberry pies. Received unsweet tea, no pies, and unseasoned fries. I use to prefer this jacks over calera but I’ll NEVER eat at either locations again. Wasted $24 on food that was not good.
