Jack's Family Restaurant

Me and my boyfriend went to Jack's family restaurant and wanted to try there special but was sold out so we decided on the 3 piece chicken meal comes with 3 chicken tenders and 2 sides I got Mac and cheese and coleslaw he got mashed potatoes and green beans 🫛 let me tell you the food was great and service was great the food was hot and on point who ever is the Cook at Jack's in PRATTVILLE AL hope he sticks around are he really needs a raise because these days it's hard to find good food and good costumer service 🍗🍞💯

First time dining in the restaurant my experience was good, the food was delicious and the cashier was pleasant. Yesterday I decided to get lunch and I don't know who was working that day but it was a big NO! I ordered the two wraps and a large fry. First the cashier on the mic kept rushing me to finish ordering, I got to a spot to eat and one of my wraps did not have any chicken just a few lettuce with tomato halves and disgusting honey mustard. I was going through something that day and chose not to go back and complain. I know the cook who made the wrap knew there was no chicken inside and just did not care smh. This location has some rude staff but I give second chances.

The food was good enough, a bit cold. But what really ruined my experience was the manager. She was absolutely rude and had an attitude. If she hated her job that much she needs to quit instead of making bad experiences for the customer. She yelled at me and then when they forgot something she asked the girl that was kindly trying to rectify it asked in a snappy tune “What’s he want!?” She needs to go back through training or be fired! Ordered a little jack with cheese. Got one without cheese. I asked them to replace it and the woman asked if I wanted a slice of cheese or have the burger recooked. I asked her to recook it. She asked another woman who said that doesn't come with cheese. I have never had a problem ordering a little jack with cheese before. They then handed me a slice of cheese on wax paper. Didn't lie that I didn't get what I ordered or their attitude when I brought it to their attention.

I'm very disappointed. I've always liked Jacks and have always had a good experience at other locations. I came today during lunch I ordered 3 kids meals and some other items. Waited 25 min got to the drive thru window and they only gave me and charged me for 1 kids meal claiming they heard me only order 1 insisting I was wrong and being rude about it. Even though I was willing to pay for the difference they refused to give me the other kids meals and wanted me to drive around to the back of the line to order the other 2. I ended up driving to Popeyes for the other 2. I don't think I will be returning to this location.
