Jack's Family Restaurant

The place was nasty they didn’t clean the counters where the drinks was spilled and when we walked in they stared at up for at least a good 2 mins and went to there spots and had attitudes. I am a out of town costumer and I won’t be back

Went through the drive-through to order two meals. One of my meals was not right this is the second time this has happened to me. I ordered a #7 four piece chicken tender meal large size. When I checked my order it was wrong. The meal was missing tenders. Plus the meal was given out as a medium size meal which was not correct for the order I placed. This has not happened to me once but twice. Jack employees really need to check the order before they hand out the order.

I gave this place a five-star because of Tianna Stubblefield she was a very very sweet person and absolutely enough hospitality to last anybody a lifetime, My food's always hot and I know it's fresh, was very clean thank you for everything that you do for the Jacks this is why we always come back and others that come in here to jacks, as a manager she really knows her stuff, I will be back to enjoy some great food

The last three trips I have made through the area, I have stopped for breakfast. How hard is it to get a burrito correct? The eggs were runny, and the baking was almost raw. No kidding. Pulled it out of the burrito in one piece and it shot across the truck like a rubber band. Both of us were sick to the stomach the next day. Read the reviews for the sugar-free Haribo gummy bears. It was that bad.

We ordered the holiday meals. One was the double cheeseburger with only pickles and ketchup on it. There was so much mustard and onions of it the wrapper was soaked in mustard. Fries were stale. The struggling small town needs better options than a restaurant who provides this kind of quality and lack of care. Update: thank you for the raw chicken that i brought home and unfortunately gave to my immunocompromised child. You need to closed down. How do you get golden crispy on the outside and completely raw on the inside!
