Got up to the speaker to place my order, a simple order and the person taking the order was very rude and kept cutting me off and giving me a total. I wanted 2 2 pieces with a biscuit, dark meat on one and 2 chicken legs on the other. I was told they didn't have chicken legs, when I asked about this she said it would be 4 minutes. That's alright, I dont mind waiting for hot food. Again she gave me a total. I then ordered a order of Mac and cheese and was told they dont sell that anymore, there is a huge sign in drive thru advertising this, again a total. Then I asked for a small coke. A new total this time. I get to the 2nd windows and she hands me my drink , gives me the total as I am handing the drink to my granddaughter in the back seat. I get the money out and am counting it and she

I went to the drive thru with a simple order of 1 kids chicken fingers with a coke. I collected my order assuming it was correct. The bag was very warm I was happy I was going to have hot fries. 10 miles down the road I pulled out a Cheeto colored fry, not just orange it had layers of orange salt. I quickly washed it down what was supposed to be a cold coke, only again to be disappointed with a lukewarm, melting ice tea! So disappointing! I called to the store ask to speak to a manager, I was connected with “Braden” I tell him my situation and that I’m coming back to the store and I would like fresh fries no salt and a coke, simple! I get to the store to speak to Braden (who; btw has terrible hygiene smell of body odor) and he ask me if I want a refund. I said I want my food, he repeatedly

They cannot have homemade biscuits. They were exactly like the walmart frozen ones. Hard as a rock. Greasy eggs. Couldn't finish a thing we got.

The food was just ok. The girl taking orders was flustered and didn't even ask if we wanted any condiments. They put no napkins in the bag. My friend ordered the chicken biscuit and it tasted like it was cooked in old burnt grease. She didnt even eat it.

I have no idea what people and employees go through, and it’s none of my business. however one of the employees who took our order was rude as hell. im never one to judge someone for having a bad day, we all have them, but dont ever pass it on to me by being rude. anyway the food was fine but yeah rude employees 😭
