Jack's Family Restaurant

It was very good. We ordered two baskets of chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich very good and the sauces were great. We love the atmosphere!

I attended The Jack’s grand opening in Harrisburg and left feeling a little disappointed. The food wasn’t free, and the promotion was a coupon for one free biscuit a month. I appreciate the offer, but the advertising made it seem like there would be “free food”, so after waiting an hour, it didn’t feel worth the time. Also, not pictured is the delicious chicken biscuit my son had! The drink is their iced coffee it’s extremely sweet like “sweet tea”. I’ll still leave a good review as the food was good, and the service was good. I also like supporting local businesses.

I visited Jack's in Harrisburg on 3/3/26. I had them before. Great experience, the food was amazing. This time around I enjoyed their country fried steak with white gravy. Mouth smacking good! I will continue to make that short drive from Jonesboro to this wonderful establishment. I encourage everyone to give them a try.

We went through the drive-thru. The person who took our order was very friendly as was the girl who gave us our order. The food is good and reasonably priced.

This place is probably the best fast food restaurant I've been to in years. The food was fresh and come out quick, everyone was very nice and helpful. The manager Clarissa run a tight ship and she was also very nice! We will definitely be back!!
