Jack's Family Restaurant

I placed an order using the Jacks app, get to the restaurant to find out they are out of the country rib sandwich. The guy was like we don't have the rib sandwich so my husband said just give me a double cheeseburger with extra pickles. Fine we get home with all the order , old fries taste like they were cooked yesterday no ranch for the chicken fingers ,no napkins or utensils. Everytime there's been issues at this location so this is the last time we go there. Maybe there needs to be a visit from corporate to make some much needed changes or just retraining.

I'm sorry I can't rate the atmosphere Because I ordered food on doordash for 4 grandchildren and myself. I don't have anything negative to say about our food though the way it was prepared was great the way it was packaged was great neat clean organized and a very timely manner.

I came here intending to order the deluxe breakfast, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The lady at the counter was rude and made unnecessary comments, telling people not to stare while she was counting change to balance her register. I waited patiently for about five minutes, only for her to walk off to do something else instead of taking my order. If she was that busy, there was a second register right next to her—someone else could have stepped in to help. I was on my work break and the first person in line, so waiting nearly 15 minutes just to place an order is completely unacceptable. I ended up leaving and going to Frothy Dog down the road, and I’m glad I did. The service there was much friendlier and the food was far better. I won’t be returning here after this experi

Gave this place another chance, not going to make that mistake again, ordered the chicken fingers which at other locations are usually amazing, but it seems like they just have me what they had sitting there for a while, the chicken was tough and dry and super oily. I swear it could’ve been breaded jerky. This location is the worst I’ve ever been to.

Waited 25 minutes to get our food the morning shift sucks they stood around laughing playing on there phones my husband ordered cheese on his sausage biscuit and they told him that they couldn’t do that
