Jack's Family Restaurant

recently visited Jack’s Family Restaurant and had a really great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. You can tell they care about quality because everything tasted well-prepared and flavorful. The staff was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct before I left. Even during a busy time, the service was fast and organized. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for good food and great customer service!

Went through drive thru. The employee needed to speak up. Could not understand what he said. We ordered a 4pc chicken tender combo and we did not get the fries. This Jacks needs to train better and offer better customer service. There are some that do a good job. Others not so much.

I think some retraining is needed the past couple time they have given me crumbs for a biscuit. Quality is going down and prices are going up makes no sense

Miss J has turned this place around, she is an asset to your company. The atmosphere and service is so much better. One of our members passed away this morning and we went to your business to get food for the family and your asst manager bent over backwards to fulfill our order. This is the type of business I like to patronize

Jeanelle made me hash browns even tho it was after breakfast. Went out of her way to please me the customer. I do wish that Jacks would carry the blueberry cream pies ALL the time. They are the BEST!!!!😋
