Great place for quick bite. Friendly service. Hot,fresh food Definitely 💯 we had cheeseburgers meal and got 4 cheeseburgers to go.
Came through drive thru. I get home & i have no biscuit, utensils, napkins, nor the sauces (hot sauce & honey) that i asked for. Worst part, the MANAGER was the one fixing the orders! My soda tastes like carbonated water too.
On Saturday January 31st,2025 I went to the chalkville location after having a bad experience at another Jacks location!!! I was greeted as soon as I stepped inside the restaurant and I explained my issue with the cashier who stated her name was Shuntae , she went and got her manager who took care of the issue I had at the other restaurant her name tag read Tye!!! I just want Jacks to know those 2 young ladies did a amazing job with helping me
I got the 3 PC fish, mostly breading . The guy that brought out my fish was rude, o ordered extra sauce....there were no sauce and I told him. He never came back with my sauce, had to leave my truck and my dog to go get the sauces from him. He acted like I was bothering him. Very bad service.
Every time I come here they are literally ONLY have comeback sauce or my ranch is filled this much.
