Jack's Family Restaurant

A few days ago, they grilled chicken for my deluxe breakfast plate. Today they refused. Said that isn’t allowed. And he said he would correct the other employees for doing that a few days ago. I told them they should give what the customer wants. I was willing to pay for it. I drove across to Sparks’ Driveinn and got a salad with grilled lemon pepper chicken. It’s great chicken! Well flavored.

It was busy when we went but everybody went above and beyond! Everything was fresh and delicious. I know it can be hectic working in fast food but they kept their cool the whole time! Highly recommend this location. Let this be a reminder that they are human, don't yell at them, give them the benefit of the doubt. Working in fast food is a whole other world you don't want to mess with. 10/10 guys! Great job. Give everyone a raise please!!

We love the new Jack's in Belmont. Only one issue we would like to bring up. The 1/3 pound burger, the meat was not hot. Have ordered it a couple of times now and it won't even melt the cheese. Good burger ... please figure out how to have the meat hot enough to melt the cheese. Looking forward to getting back there and see !!!

Drive through. Didn't check order until got home. Simple order. A #2 & #3 meal. No mayo on #3 burger. Was in line approximately 10 minutes after placing order. Received food bag and paid quickly. Was told they were waiting for milkshake ordered with meal. Took seven additional minutes to receive. Order time on receipt indicated 20 minutes before receiving milkshake to complete order. Store was busy but not extraordinairely so. One sandwich had three patties only. No lettuce, tomatoes, etc. Bun and meat only. Fries were soggy, greasy and cold. Staff wasn't discourteous but not friendly or engaging. First time I've tried Jacks. Very unlikely I'll visit again.

The food here todsy was the best I have had here since they opened great job
