Jack's Family Restaurant

This was the absolute worst run and staffed Jack's that I've ever been in. My wife and I went inside to dine in for a simple meal about 5:30 pm. She ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup and onions only. I ordered the 3 pc catfish dinner. This was after a 5 minute wait while a boy struggled to fill a couple cups of ice cream for a drive-up order. They started a grill full of hamburger patties and put biscuits in the oven when we ordered. They had neither of those items ready. They put my plate of catfish, fries and coleslaw on the counter and kept asking for biscuits every few minutes. Meanwhile, the hamburger was slowly cooking. The dude that was supposed to be putting the burgers together was out in the parking lot smoking. It took about 15 minutes to put a biscuit on my cold plate

I absolutely dread coming here. I only do because I work across the street and need something to eat on my break. Not sure who it was because I was trying not to just walk out but it seemed like a manager. The entire time of my order she glared at me like I was the worst person ever, I order ONE combo with nothing special added. I couldn’t add anything even if I wanted to because she had already told me my total without even asking me “is that all?” The ice machine was broken so they had to give customers ice by hand. Then she gave me a cup, no ice yet everyone before me and after got their ice. So I ask because I’m getting sweat tea which is sometimes hot and I know BECAUSE I WORKED AT A JACKS! She rolled her eyes, sticking her fingers in my cup and brought back the cup slamming it on t

Not too happy with jacks currently. Just home with my 3 pc chicken snack. 3 tiny chicken strips and maybe 11 french fries. See photo. And the cost for this was $6.59

The food was decent at this location. I normally go to the Albertville location because its closer to home. LOVE the fact that all the condiments are in the dining area where we can access them without having to wait in line.

Not bad actually, I went here cause we were hungry from work and it not that bad service is ok but hey fresh food I love the campfire!!
