Jackos Tacos

Legit foodie and connoisseur of all fine ethnic foods here...and speaking of legit, let me tell you that is exactly what Jackos Tacos is! Yesterday my lovely wife and I stopped by Jackos (at the time behind Brethren Brewing Company in Manteca), to sample the goods...First thing to establish....Meat! Jacko was kind enough to let me sample a few(Dude is one cool cat)...So i went with carne asada, pastor and carnitas...asada was on point...not dry and seasoned well...pastor had a great marinade, obvious from the juicy intense flavors...and the carnitas had that great tenderness accompanied with those tasty crispy pieces which is the hallmark of great carnitas in my book...tasty! I went with the carnitas as that is always my go-to when testing out a burrito, and my wife went with a shrimp taco
