Jackalope Provisions Food Trailer

Just flew in from WI and made this the spot to stop as we had a 2 hour drive ahead of us. The menu intrigued me and it didn’t disappoint! This Power Bowl I split with my husband and it was filling but not heavy. Full of flavor! Love the details here (flowers!) We also shared a “Sneakily Healthy Brownie” which was delicious! Wonderful service. Highly recommend!

I and my family stopped by the food truck on the corner of E Lewis St and S B St and ordered their cold roast beef sandwich with arugula — and it did not disappoint. The sandwich was exceptionally fresh, well-balanced, and full of flavor. The beef was tender, the arugula added just the right touch of bite, and everything came together in just the right proportions. I found out while dining that they change their menu every week, which is actually a nice touch. It keeps things interesting and gives you a reason to come back and try something new. P.S. They are closed from 08/11 through 08/24/2025.

I would walk 100 miles uphill, backwards to get one bite of her Dixon melon and corn salad. It's easily my favorite dish and I'm no stranger to fine dining. Sadly, this dish is only available for a week every year. The good news is: all of her food is this amazing and 100% seasonal. If you're in Livingston and she's open, count yourself blessed.

I ordered the Teriyaki Bratwurst bowl and loved it! All the ingredients were fresh, amazing seasoned and a great combination. Anyone passing through Livingston should go out of their way to make a stop here!

Our family fell in love with Jackalope Provisions when we spent summer in Livingston in 2023. We got to get lunch there almost every single day, and it was always a delight. The food was fresh, inventive, and made with a deep love and appreciation for the local farming community. Jackalope sources only the best local produce, and whether you are a proud Montanan, or a visitor to this wonderful part of the world, you can be certain you are getting the best of the best ingredients in your meal. These days, despite living in Bozeman, we drive for 30 minutes just to get lunch at Jackalope - the food truck is that good. And now, with seating being available, it’s so easy to enjoy a bite and a drink from Jackalope while people (and dog) watching! Highly recommended.
