What an absolute waste of a remodel. The food is worse than before. I thought maybe it was new staff, gave them 5 chances before reviewing. Won't be back. Food was gross and most of it ended up being thrown away. Girl at the window was great, but fire whoever was making the food.

I've only been there twice in drive thru and service and food were both very good 👍

I found what I'm assuming is wax paper in my burger.

Whoever was hired to work the day shift and is making the taco’s, bravo to you. I have never had Jack n the box taco’s so good. The shells are flaky and crispy and they actually have meat and cheese.
