We usually order ahead in the app but they always make us wait a tiny bit once we arrive. Maybe they prepare it on arrival vs. When you order?
Always delicious with friendly service. The drive through employees are always friendly and accurate. Our go-to JITB.
Ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe and the chicken was dry, stale, and honestly the worst I’ve had. The jalapeño poppers tasted like the fryer hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Really disappointing experience.Chicken wraps were dry and just as disappointing.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Refused to honor the app offer of the day ( free onion rings 12/18/25). The first person couldn't help me because they didn't understand English. The asked the manager to come help and she didn't understand my issue in English either. We just left. Terrible service!
Worst Customer Service....Orders always wrong and then they give you an Attitude when you being it to their attention. Sloppy food served even when they are not busy. THEY JUST DON'T CARE...FROM THE COOK TO THE MGR! These pics are my last order, where their reply was, "we always make them the same". Wow! So grease is now on the menu. Smh
