Got grilled chicken sandwich. One with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, jalapeño ( that was offered to me), mustard and ketchup, with their special sauce. Was charged extra for some of it, will post my receipt tomorrow, its in a car. THIS is what I saw, when I got home, tiered and hungry after a long day. Will go back tomorrow and see, what are they going to offer me to make it right ( BTW, it's 20 min drive for me). Going to bed hungry and angry. Staff was very nice...and VERY TIERED.
Literally came when the drive through had 1 person in front of me and it took an 1hr to make it to the pay window!!
Skip this one and continue to Reno or go toy he casino restaurant. The bathrooms were filthy, urinalysis over flows when flushed, no paper in the stall, no paper to dry hands. No paper for the seats. Then the food, cold hard fries, cold dry buttery jack, 3/4 of the soda selections are empty. NO NAPKINS anywhere. Everything about this Jack in the Box is below standard. It’s the middle of the morning and they haven’t even brought the chairs down. All the tables are dirty. It was an amazing disappointment.
This post is for XIMENA! She was amazing! She gave great service and was really understanding despite a small issue with our order. It was busy hours and she still maintained positive attitude and allowed us to get back on our trip with good food. Ximena, keep doing your great work and I hope management sees this and recognizes her amazing service! :)
Was closed but no signs or anything. Was excited to eat something on my work break. Don’t count on this jack in the box to be open for you
