I placed my order via drive thru, spent $15-$16 and when I got home, I realize they forgot my burger patty. Whatever number that is associated with their Google account, does not answer, and it goes to a mobile phone (not a business line). After many failed attempts, I worked up enough motivation to drive alll the wayyy back to Jack in the Box, and instead of requesting a new burger, I asked for a refund and they kindly gave all my money back with no hassle. Still disappointed bc I was hungry, but mistakes happen and I am glad I was able to get a full refund.
Visited location on 8/31, brought my kids for anticipated breakfast sandwiches and we will not be back again. We entered the location around 08:25am and no employees to be found. I used the self service kiosk and paid. The chicken and waffles were dry and burnt. My coffee was warm. Sourdough jack was dry and tasteless. Pictures are worth a thousand words.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you work in fast food, you have to learn to be patient observant, and move quickly and efficiently. If not, I don’t think that’s the industry for you, but this lady was very rude.
The food was ok, it was drive-thru after all. The curly fries and regular fries were fresh, the chicken sandwich patty was very oddly shaped mild temperature, very sus, will update with more pictures next time I go, egg rolls were great. We had one of the promotional boxed meals and it was overpriced for the amount of food it had. What used to be $16 for two people to eat now has turned into $33 which is fine as long as the area feels safe, the staff can't control that but it really needs to be addressed. The cashier seemed very demoralized and I certainly can't blame them. Lots of sketchy people walking around plus they have encampments very near. Don't place your car in a spot it cannot quickly maneuver out of.
Speaking from my own experience i don't really have anything bad to say about this particular location. Me and my boyfriend usually just get the Jack wraps and they never disappoint, the food is always piping hot and exactly as advertised. Today I went out on a Whim and tried the teriyaki bowl which was really flavorful, good portion size and just the right amount of sauce. Fast food is never going to be perfect but this is definitely a good spot for a quick bite!
