Jack in the Box

The service there is usually very good but every time I go through there their tends to be some kind of issue either with the equipment like the speaker and the drive-thru or out of certain items such as condiments or ingredients. And it really takes an extra long time to get the food out. I've never been inside so I have no comment for that but the drive-thru is just a little frustrating. And being out in this area there's nothing else around or any closer location.. Andy tacos leave a whole lot to be desired. They taste like the shells or stale some of the times and other times they seem okay.

When we first arrived, the sweet lady working was mopping up a very dirty/muddy area left on the floor and chairs by some previous customers. She was not annoyed. She was gladly cleaning it up as she knew they had come from a work site. She was also then behind the counter taking orders and was so kind. Called us baby, which was endearing. Our burgers were good, excellent fries and our thick shakes were AMAZING! Loved the thick straws! I also appreciated that the pictures of the Jack in the Box were not scary, they were happy. Sometimes Jack in the boxes look scary to children. Thanks for a great stop on our roadtrip from Florida to Iowa. These RV sisters were happy we stopped!

Night team can't even get the minimum work done the ladies during the day are amazing but the whole night crew is full of incompetent people that can't even get an order right. Edit ordered fruit punch and gave me multi colored hic orange

There was a gentleman working the counter and serving food around 1:30pm who honestly was the kindest man we’ve encountered in Troy all day. We are not from here and are only here for the holiday week and he went out of his way to make sure our 1 year old had his food quickly as he was very hungry while they were still making my wife’s and I’s meals. We didn’t ask him to do it, he went out of his way for us and we are very thankful for that. Food was hot and very good. Great job today!

Always get tacos. They are the best. Had bought egg rolls this time and they were nasty. Fed to the dogs.
