Jack in the Box

Got drive thru and inspected my food once I got it after about a 20 min wait in line. I checked because my food has been incorrect 75% of the time when I go here. Both my crispy spicy jack wraps came with almost nothing on it besides the chicken, sauce and a few strands of lettuce and cheese. I went in and asked for a fix since there was no jalepeno at all and very little of everything else. They said they'd remake them. I should have checked before coming home but all they did was open the ones I gave them and added 2 jalapeño. Tried calling multiple times to get a replacement but they refuse to answer the phone. The pictures are what I got once they "remade" them.

It's Jack in the Box, so food is always consistent. What really set today apart from the rest, was Brandon. I wasn't fully prepared at the register, and this gentleman gave great recommendations for menu items that are new, and was super patient (I was the one being slow). He made sure that I had a great lunch, 10/10 management material

I was visibly sick but needed food while I waited for my pharmacy. I was given the wrong entrée but didn’t notice till I had already touched the food. I took it to the counter to show them and I am very sure they put it back and later gave it to another customer. Even if I hadn’t touched the food I touched the box and I looked unwell

I pulled up at 2:55AM, and nobody answered the drive thru even tho their sign was lit up saying “drive thru open.” I realize they close at 3, but I’ve also worked in fast food before and understand both sides. Sure, it’s a little annoying for people to show up last minute when you’ve done all your cleaning. It’s also part of your job to serve them until the very minute you’re closed. I didn’t realize your closing time until I pulled it up on Google while waiting at the speaker, or else I wouldn’t have shown up. I’m the type to tip when I end up doing stuff like this, too. Your loss and very unprofessional.

The onion rings were gross cold and hard and looked horrible
