There’s no possibility to leave 0 stars to this location overnight window GUY was so RUDE i literally left without food he curse at me using THE F word where in life or work ethic you will treat customers that way im tired of a long shift and this is my main spot since is so close and convenient but this is the second time at midnight i get treated with disrespect i will definitely won’t come back ever again is sad yall don’t train people to have work ethic and don’t curse at customers im so disgusted with how they made me feel today!!!

I recently stopped going to the Jack-in-the-Box on Edgebrook and started going there at the college location. The past month or two every time we go, there’s always an issue tonight we went and They were only accepting card and apparently we couldn’t order breakfast because of short staffing. There was not one car in line!!! I wish I would’ve got his name, but I know it’s the same guy who works night shift each and every time there’s an excuse!!! Please fix it!!!

Placed my order on the screen myself. Waited a while to get acknowledged. They said my order didn't go through. Jessica finally helped. but the others were acting as if they were at a get-together at home. Having conversations about other employees and how their life is. Not exactly what I want to hear while I eat. I'd like to enjoy my meal and talk to my partner, not know about others' lives. They should save their loudness and gossip for off the clock

THERE IS A GIRL THATBWAS WORKING TODAY AT 6:30 PM SHE NOT ONLY WAS TAKING ORDERS BUT ALSO TAKING ORDERS TO THE CARS. VERY FAST. SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL LOVED HER MANNERS. THIS IS THE FACE OF JACK IN THE BOX GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!!

whomever made my order i’m pretty sure stuffed this in between my chicken and fried it. i noticed the shape of my chicken strips was off and split it open to find this! PS IT WAS GROSS
